光动力学疗法治疗舌癌--附20例报告/Photodynamic Therapy Treating Twenty Patients with Tongue Cancer

【摘 要】
目的：探讨光动力学疗法治疗舌癌的疗效。
方法：舌癌患者20例,静脉注射血卟啉后24、48和72 h在瘤体表面及瘤体内行激光照射。根据治疗后肉眼和CT检查肿瘤缩小和症状缓解情况进行评价。
结果：所有患者症状均有缓解,肿瘤缩小; CR: 4例, SR: 12例,MR: 4例; 2例出现暴露部分皮肤发黑,无其他严重并发症。
结论：光动力学疗法治疗舌癌能有效缓解症状,缩小肿瘤,且能保存舌外型和功能,安全、不良反应小,可显著改善患者生活质量。

[Abstract]
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of photodynamic therapy treating tongue cancer.
Methods Twenty patients with tongue cancerwere treated by photodynamic therapy 24, 48, and 72 hours after administration of photosensitizer. The changes in tumor size and symp tomatic relief were investigated after the treatment.
Results All patients had symp tomatic relief and tumor shrink. Four had a comp lete remission, twelve had a significant remission, and four had a minor remission. No serious comp licationswere seen.
Conclusions Photodynamic therapy may be an effective palliative treatment for patientswith tongue cancer, which has effect of symptomatic relief, tumor shrink, p reservation of features and function of normal organ and imp rovement of quality of life.
