Today we will perform cryosurgery in the tumor of hepatic envelope for this ovarian cancer patient. Four years after surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, a tumor in hepatic envelope was found near diaphragm. In this case, we can adopt cryosurgery, but what troubles us is that the lesion is close to diaphragm and lung, we need to use artificial pleural effusion to separate the lesion and the lung then we can perform cryosurgery in a safer way.
