He gained his Doctor degree from Sun Yat-sen Medical University in 1996， and he has worked on pathological diagnosis for more than 30 years. He has a solid medical theoretical foundation and rich experience in pathological diagnosis. He has participated in 4 national and provincial-level scientific researching fund projects and was the prime principal of 2 projects. Since 2000， he has published 14 papers， and has supervised dozens of master students， all of whom have obtained master's degrees.
