Everyone gathered together to participate in the flag-raising ceremony, sing the national anthem, cut cakes, eat food, play games, greet with familiar friends, and take photos. While commemorating the heroic martyrs who died in the War of Independence, they also enjoy the festive atmosphere that belongs to Indonesians themselves. "On festive occasions, the homesickness amplifies." Human emotions are connected, regardless of national boundaries. Fuda hopes that through this way, Indonesian patients and their families in the hospital can feel at home, appreciate the moment, relax and enjoy the festival, even if they are far away from home.
Fighting cancer is a long, lonely journey in the dark. Cancer patients need not only medical treatment, but also spiritual healing. For this reason, on every Easter, Diwali, Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day and so on, Fuda always holds various recreational activities. In addition, to show respect for the religious beliefs of foreign patients, we not only set up Buddhist hall, mosque, and prayer room, but also hold some activities on patients' birthdays and national festivals to treat patients like family members. Thinking of what patients want and meeting urgent needs of patients, Fuda provides patients with proactive services, touching services, family-like services, to create a warm, safe and comfortable medical environment, advance and retreat together, and fight against cancer together.
